aître Maha MOHAMED is a dynamic lawyer, who holds a Master’s degree from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Justice and Trials, as well as a Master’s degree in Health Law, obtained with honors and congratulations from the Jury.

She obtained her certificate of aptitude for the legal profession in September 2017.

Born in Paris to an Egyptian father and a Tunisian mother, she has always been concerned with issues related to foreigners’ rights. Indeed, she was confronted very early on with the complex administrative procedures and the high stakes involved in the regularisation of people on French territory.

She has also inherited the fluency of the Egyptian dialect, opening her to relations with the Middle East, and the Tunisian dialect, opening her to communicate with the whole Maghreb.

Maître Maha MOHAMED is therefore a trilingual lawyer in French, Arabic, and English, which facilitates daily understanding with her clients of diverse nationalities.

She has naturally chosen to complete various training courses in addition to her studies in foreigners’ law, on issues of regularisation, in terms of private and family life and/or work.

The acquisition of French nationality was also the object, for Maître Maha MOHAMED, of a particular deepening through various trainings, in addition to her successful experience in numerous cases.

In addition, Maha MOHAMED has followed the appropriate curriculum, with the necessary skills, to apprehend the issues related to personal injury.

She has also acquired her experience alongside many accident victims in their dealings with insurance companies who often underestimate the victim’s damages.

For these cases, Maître Maha MOHAMED has been working in partnership with an expert medical consultant for several years, so that these cases are better understood and lead to successful compensation.
